dana is mostly human with some alien DNA mixed in, however doctors not involved in the overall alien plotline in the show don't seem to recognize this so i'm not sure if buffy would, i'll leave it to you. elektra is totally human and neither would be able to recognize any supernatural abilities that buffy has.
